The service
PostPilot allows users to create, upload, preview and schedule social-media content. Certain functions may use third-party services, including TikTok, Meta and OpenAI.
The availability of individual functions depends on the relevant third-party platform, account permissions, API approval and internet connection.

User responsibilities
You may only connect social-media accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
You are responsible for:
• The content you create, upload and publish
• Ensuring that you have the right to use all images, videos, text, music and other material
• Following the rules of TikTok, Meta and other connected platforms
• Protecting your passwords, API keys and account credentials
• Reviewing generated content before publishing it
You must not use PostPilot for unlawful, misleading, harmful, infringing or abusive content.

AI-generated content
PostPilot may offer AI-assisted generation of images, captions, hashtags and other content. AI-generated content may contain mistakes or unsuitable material. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication.

Third-party services
PostPilot connects to services operated by third parties. Their own terms, privacy policies, restrictions and fees may apply.
We do not control and cannot guarantee the availability, approval process, performance or continued operation of third-party services.

Availability and warranties
PostPilot is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful publication, specific reach, engagement, sales or other results.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the provider of PostPilot is not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, missed publications, account restrictions, platform decisions or losses resulting from third-party services.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Access to PostPilot may be suspended or terminated if the application is misused, these terms are violated or continued access creates a security or legal risk.
